EAP-90 Journey

EAP-90 is a 4 phase program that is a 90-day commitment and will challenge you to develop yourself in ways you never thought possible. Each phase is strategically planned to stack on each other to progressively build new skills, habits, and develop a champion mindset on and off the field.

Phase 1

Phase 1 is all about building a base of healthy habits, developing consistency, and discipline. This phase is 2 weeks long.

Phase 2

 This phase is designed to build the foundation of a strong mindset, positive self-talk, reflection, and focus on your goals. This phase is 3 weeks long.

Phase 3

In Phase 3, we teach our athletes how to make their goals a reality and bring them into tangible and actionable items and further develop their decision-making abilities and increase their confidence and determination.

4

Phase 4

The final phase is designed to build workload management, teaching resilience, and eliminating distractions. When you complete this phase you will become UNSTOPABLE.
