Summer Program Overview

Week 1: Movement & performance assessments, exercise technique correction, balance, mobility, & strength training

Weeks 2-5: Strength & Power, we focus on developing our athletes force production and speed through plyometirc and resistance training methods, while improving blance and coordination..

Weeks 6-8 Peak Performance: Focus on making our athletes explosive, increasing rate of force development, and speed.
