The PROVEN Way to Become A Phenomenal Athlete
As an aspiring athlete with massive goals, I’m sure by now you understand the importance of having truly elite athleticism…
I mean, look at all of the guys dominating in MMA, Rugby, Boxing, football, etc.
They’re all physical specimens.
Big, strong, explosive, and powerful.
That’s exactly how anyone would describe them, and apart from skill, it’s the biggest reason as to why they’re so successful.
Because at a point, these kind of athletes just can’t really be fucked with.
Here's what will shock you though:
What most “regular” athletes don’t realize is that a lot of these guys aren’t all that special…
That’s right.
I know we love to blame everyone’s success on their genetics.
But what if I told you there was a proven training style that most of the top performers in your sport were using to mold themselves into absolute monsters…
A scientifically backed approach that gets athletes to run through plateaus and climb up the ranks of elite athleticism.
But hold on.
You’d never be able to achieve such a thing.
I mean, your genetics suck and no matter what training you do, nothing really ever works.
Right?
Well, if that’s what you really believe…
Go ahead and click off right now.
Because if you think that’s the reason you’re not an elite athlete yet, you’ve really got a lot to learn my friend.
However, if you can stay with me and start to see that even guys with the shittiest genetics can make drastic changes to their athletic ability…
Then this just might be the program for you.
And it will change the way you perform in your sport forever…I can guarantee you that much.
Why It Works So Well...
As a performance coach of over {{# OF YEARS}}, I’ve been around thousands of different athletes across all different sports.
And as a result over years of testing, I’ve been able to completely take the fluff out of my approach…
Resulting in what I call the 6 Pillars to Athletic Performance:

When you look at most programs, they almost never incorporate this level of diversity.
It’s either JUST get strong or JUST get faster.
But in order to truly become a top level athlete and perform at the highest levels, you’re going to need the entire package.
Trust me, you’ll seriously reap the benefits when there’s nothing you can’t do in your sport.
And at the end of the day, if you were to look at any sort of professional athlete, chances are they’ve got all of these to a certain degree.
Let’s run through each of them quickly, so you can get a better idea of how each of them is going to completely alter your performance.
Strength:
✓ This is really the foundation of everything
✓ We’re going to get you scary strong. And once we do, it’s going to set you up for some unreal gains when we get into some of the other work…
Power:
✓ This is where we’re going to improve our rate of force development, motor unit recruitment, elastic strength, muscle firing sequence, and more which we do through working on power across a spectrum.
✓ We train the full spectrum of power development through something known as "The Force-Velocity Curve".
✓AKA, giving you that scary ability to take someones head off at any given moment.
Speed:
✓ Say goodbye to that ‘stuck in the mud’ feeling.
✓ We’ll make sure to work on your top velocity, acceleration, and the technique to go along with it.
✓ You'll be absolutely burning people with your feet.
Agility:
✓ What’s the point of speed and power if you can’t control it?
✓ In our program we’ll be showing you the
keys to god like reaction times, change of direction, and deceleration.
✓ It’s important that as athletes we’re putting ourselves in perfect body positions to make plays.
Mobility/Stability/Coordination:
✓ This is a BIG one right here that I know all of you reading this neglect.
✓ But these 3 must be done correctly if you want any sort of longevity in your career.
✓ Mobility is being able to access greater ranges of motion whilst still being strong in those ranges of motion so that we can stay healthy and safe throughout our training/competition.
✓ Also, if you’re able to hit better joint angles via having better mobility, you’ll unlock the ability to produce a maximum amount of force when getting out of cuts or changing directions.
✓ As far as stability goes, if you don’t have a lot of it, not only are you putting yourself at a massive increase for injury, but your body also just won’t allow you to produce/transfer maximal amounts of force because it will feel unsafe.
✓ Last but not least, coordination! With this, we want your muscles to be firing on all cylinders in line with each other.
✓ Here’s one for all you boxers out there: You can’t throw a good punch if you have no sense of sequencing or timing right?
✓ You just don't throw a punch with your shoulder and your arm. You start by pushing into the ground with your foot, rotating the hip, turning the core, and then transferring all of that force up and throughout the arm to fucking knock them out.
Conditioning:
✓ I’ll tell you right now, it doesn't matter how big, fast, explosive, and powerful you are if you’re GASSED.
✓ In other words, you won’t be doing shit.
✓ But there’s a right and wrong way to get in amazing shape. Most coaches fuck it up and guys get injured because of it.
Oh and a side note...
You'll get fucking jacked in the process.
So How Do We Incorporate These Into A Training Program?
The Elite Athlete Training System

This is a 4 phase training system we use inside of the peak performance program to take your training and performance to the next level.
The phases are set up this way to achieve "phase potentiation".
Phase potentiation simply means that we are taking the time to build the qualities and structures in our body in order to get the most out of the next phase and the next.

The Foundational Phase:
During this phase we are building base levels of strength, improving movement quality and mobility. We are also establishing the building blocks of technique for more power-based movements. Our plyometrics start by focusing on building ankle strength and elastic strength along with force “absorption” We will improve our work capacity through conditioning and technique for speed development in this phase.

The Strength & Power Phase:
During this phase, we are essentially trying to turn a V6 engine into a V8 engine so that in the following phases we can fine-tune it and get more horsepower out of it.
We use a variety of different methods that are incredibly good for improving maximal force production and power output such as cluster sets and contrast sets. Our plyometrics and power-based movements get more dynamic and increase in difficulty. We begin to focus more on acceleration and speed during our field days.

The Dynamic Force Phase:
This is the phase where we really start to shift gears and focus more on the power and velocity development as an athlete. During our training sessions, we are working on improving our rate of force development, ground contact time, and elastic strength while maintaining the strength and power we developed previously. On the field, we are working on improving top speed and agility to improve our athletic performance.

The Explosive Performance Phase:
Now that we have spent all that time developing the qualities to make us better athletes now we are going to take them to the next level. In this phase, we are maximizing peak power output, speed, repeat power, and conditioning, so you peak in your performance going into the season or your next fight/ competition.
We will be using various methods such as the French Contrast training method along with others to improve your athletic performance to peak your power and explosiveness to a new level.
