The Elite Athlete Project is a unique performance coaching program designed to help our athletes unlock and maximize their genetic athletic potential by implementing a specific set of proven and time-tested strategies, processes, and principles on a daily basis.

The Foundation
Phase 1 is all about correcting deficiencies in neuromuscular control and improving work capacity by increasing strength and muscle coordination. This phase will build up strength, work capacity, and the ability to absorb force.
Absolute Strength & Power
 This phase is designed to get you incredibly strong as quickly as possible by focusing on teaching you how to recruit the muscles to produce the most force possible increasing your strength and power.
Elite Performance
In Phase 3, we are going to turn the nervous system and fast-twitch muscle fibers on overdrive. Increase your reaction time and apply dynamic acceleration and power.
Game Time Ready
The final phase is designed to take the benefits of all three stages and put them all together. Be a beast in the gym, have head-turning speed and explosiveness, priming you to be the dominant athlete during game time.
