This program changed how I do my workouts but it made me change how I even look at fitness. Normally I was doing simple workout plans, the tried and true bodybuilding 4 rounds 12-15 repetitions and every now and then a 5-7 round 3-5 repetition set and I just wasn’t seeing the results I wanted, in both my lifting weight and even in my physique. Within a week of doing the Peak Performance Program not only did I feel faster and stronger, I had more energy during and after my workouts but I also saw a 20lbs increase in my max bench and another 20lbs increase in my max squat, and ALSO another 10lbs increase in my max deadlift while still maintaining to lose body fat.

I was fortunate to work with Nick in a small group training environment.
